We were asked to propose a quick and simple design for a weekend pop-up flower kiosk. In our view, the most accessible and budget friendly solution was a sign with the kiosk’s name. This sign is conceived as a bouquet of letters forming the word “КИОСК” (“KIOSK”). The letters are cut from lightweight pink XPS foam and mounted onto a slender metal profile with plastic insulation nails — reminiscent of petals and blossoms from a herbarium pinned onto entomological pins.
